- August 9-11 and September 6-9, 2024
- Oregon License, Oregon DEA, ATLS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
- Critical access hospital
- Level IV Trauma Center
- 3 ORs, Cysto + Endoscopy Suite
- seen per day: 1-3 calls per day
- Call: all call for days covering begins at 7am on day 1
- No scheduled clinic time
- Travel, lodging, paid malpractice included
