Senior Group Head of Finance—Multi-Entity Holdings

Markel Group is seeking a Group Head of Finance in Richmond, VA to lead accounting, consolidation, reporting and the tax function for a multi-entity holding company. You will drive FP&A strategy, enhance controls, and partner with senior leaders to align financial reporting with business goals.
The role requires 10+ years of leadership in finance, U.S. GAAP/SEC knowledge, and a CPA is preferred. Strong communication, governance, and talent development are essential for success.
