Educational Program DesignerDesigns and conducts educational programs to meet organizational, audience and/or regulatory demands and to support achievement of Infirmary Health's (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BSN degreeWorking knowledge of adult learning principles, educational methodology and instructional designExceptional presentation and communications skillsLicensure, Registration, Certification:BLSOne of the following:Current Alabama RN licenseCurrent Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama**Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of AlabamaDesired Qualifications:MSN with previous teaching experienceLicensure, Registration, Certification:Certified Diabetes Educator credential desired in the Diabetes Center/DERCCertified Dialysis Nurse credential through Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC)
