Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Safely operate sit-down / stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders and inventory standards
• Perform accurate counts and record material movement in inventory systems (paper or RF scanner)
• Inspect forklift and equipment before and after use; report any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing, wrapping, sorting, and labeling

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
• Forklift certification preferred (client may assess and certify onsite depending on need)

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
