What You’ll Do Here Conduct face‑to‑face tax interviews with clients. Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, including multiyear, multistate, and year‑end forms. Provide clients with IRS audit support. Complete E‑filing and supply printed copies for client review. Collect and process client payments, ensuring timely deposits. Engage in marketing and business generation efforts to increase client retention. Answer client calls via the national call center routing system. Provide future tax planning advice and resolve client complaints as appropriate. Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration. Skills You’ll Bring For Success Passion for providing extraordinary customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Basic knowledge of computer functions and math. Sales and/or marketing experience. Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus. PTIN Certification: Yes Compensation $10.00 - $12.00 per hour. Benefits Free tax training and continuing education for all tax preparers.
