We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations, drive productivity, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment during our 2nd shift. This role follows a Sunday-Thursday schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm) , with first shift hours (6:00am-2:30pm) on Sundays. How you create impact Lead and coordinate inbound operations, including unloading, verifying shipments, and ensuring accuracy and damage-free deliveries. Oversee inventory processes in ERP/WMS systems, including put-away, product rotation, and maintaining accurate location tracking. Manage warehouse flow (picking, staging, storage, and shipping) to drive high productivity and quality standards. Ensure safe and efficient use of material handling equipment while promoting a strong safety-first culture. Assign work, manage schedules, and monitor team performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with reporting, QSHE standards, and quality systems (ISO/AS), while keeping a clean, organized, and secure facility. What we would like you to bring Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and resolve conflicts within a team. Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer proficiency, with experience using warehouse or inventory systems preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and support inspection processes (experience preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
