Marketing Assistant

Position Overview Lending Hand Mortgage is seeking an Experienced detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing and business development efforts. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and assisting with content creation to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand visibility Design marketing materials such as flyers, email templates, presentations, and promotional content Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, and performance tracking Coordinate events, open houses, Realtor partnerships, and client appreciation initiatives Maintain and update website content and landing pages Track and report on marketing performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) Collaborate with loan officers and leadership on personalized marketing strategies Assist with CRM management and database organization Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing, social media, or administrative experience Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus Canva experience is an A+ and highly preferred Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset Key Traits for Success Self-starter with a proactive attitude Strong team player with a client-first mindset Adaptable and eager to learn Passion for marketing, branding, and relationship building Interest in real estate or mortgage industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
