Project Manager

Job Summary

Client is seeking an assertive, results-driven Project Manager to lead and accelerate the onboarding of enterprise data center customers onto the client's internal e-commerce platform while managing end-to-end program delivery for a leading enterprise server provider. This role will serve as the central catalyst between enterprise customer accounts, internal delivery teams, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a taskmaster and go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and has the confidence to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. In addition to platform governance and program management, the Project Manager will serve as a primary engagement lead for customer get-togethers, roundtables, industry conferences, and related events.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pipeline for transitioning enterprise data center customers onto the internal e-commerce portal and ensure a seamless digital experience.
• Prioritize and program manage custom feature requests, pricing updates, and ongoing portal enhancements.
• Proactively identify potential delays and risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and communicate changes across internal and partner ecosystems.
• Partner closely with internal engineering, product, sales, and operations teams to align on platform updates, roadmap releases, and customer onboarding activities.
• Establish and maintain effective program cadences and hold cross-functional owners accountable to agreed timelines.
• Drive alignment across organizations and manage stakeholders at different levels to maintain program momentum.
• Provide clear and actionable program updates, risk assessments, and status reports to executive leadership and key customer stakeholders.
• Help organize, coordinate, and host customer appreciation events, roundtables, enterprise conferences, and customer gatherings.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement during live events and digital forums.
• Coordinate multiple high-priority workstreams and ensure seamless execution across customer, platform, engineering, product, sales, and operations teams.
• Identify gaps and take ownership of driving solutions and improvements across the program.
• Support end-to-end program delivery while ensuring customer onboarding and platform initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, enterprise customer onboarding, e-commerce platform operations, or IT delivery management within technology services.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customer onboarding or complex technology delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, digital commerce environments, or B2B portal implementations.
• Familiarity with enterprise server and data center technology concepts.
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams concurrently in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong risk identification, mitigation, and delay management skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to technical delivery teams, senior client leaders, and executive stakeholders.
