Position Overview
We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new customers through direct, face-to-face interaction in residential neighborhoods.
This is a high-energy, field-based role where you will:
- Knock doors daily
- Speak with homeowners
- Present pest control services
- Close recurring service agreements
This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You’ll Do
Door-to-Door Prospecting
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods daily
- Identify homes with pest control needs
- Initiate conversations with homeowners
Sales & Closing
- Educate customers on:
- Common pest problems
- Preventative treatment plans
- Eco-friendly solutions
- Present service options and pricing
- Handle objections and close deals on the spot
Pipeline & Performance
- Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, sales)
- Follow up with interested homeowners
- Continuously improve through training and coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
No experience required— training is provided for the right candidates .
Compensation & Earnings
- 100% Commission-Based (1099)
- Uncapped earning potential
