Early Education Specialist

Seeking In-Home Early Education Specialists An Early Education Specialist is responsible for providing play‑based education and developmental enrichment to infants (newborn to 3 years) and their families in a home‑based setting. Responsibilities include consistent home visits, family education and support, curriculum planning, scheduling, assessment, and play. Responsibilities Provide in‑home developmental stimulation and educational services to children ages 0‑3 years. Develop professional relationships with families through coaching and modeling. Engage infants and toddlers in hands‑on interaction that encourages natural play. Utilize the client’s IFSP, including developmental goals, family concerns, and related health issues. Plan, prepare, and implement age‑appropriate activities aligned with child outcomes. Maintain weekly schedules, appointments, and annual or semiannual reviews as requested by the service coordinator. Create ongoing developmental reports for each child, recording progress with the DAYC‑2. Communicate with families through verbal feedback, recommendations, and session notes. Ensure confidentiality of privileged information in compliance with HIPAA. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Fulfill designated hours within the monthly service period. Attend all developmental staff meetings and in‑service trainings. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Child Development, Psychology, Sociology, Humanities, Behavioral Science, Education, or related fields). Experience: Preferred experience working with infants (newborn to 3 years). Training: Extensive training will be provided. Driver’s License: Valid license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30‑mile radius. Drive time and mileage will be reimbursed. Organizational skills and ability to work with families from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
