Supplier Performance & Logistics Finance Associate Director - M6 - (Hybrid)

Job Summary Title: Supplier Performance and Logistics Finance Associate Director Location: Mckinney, TX (Hybrid – onsite and offsite) Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required, secret DoD clearance required and active after day one. Responsibilities Provide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics units to accelerate material flow into Raytheon’s factories. Financially enable acceleration incentives for constrained backlog material through economic evaluation from the supplier’s perspective and Raytheon ROI. Lead the small‑business capacity risk‑mitigation and investment workstream, aligning with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, and OSCQ SBU Finance. Deliver budgetary support for forecasting (AOP, LRP), pool EACs, and logistics financial needs. Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization; model volume‑driven logistics requirements. Support Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality initiatives with ad hoc financial and data modeling. Act as a strategic business partner for ad hoc financial modeling and data‑driven decision making. Identify and drive initiatives to increase material throughput and reduce bottlenecks. Build and lead cross‑functional teams and processes to deliver actionable insights to executive stakeholders. Travel to suppliers and embedded Raytheon Engineering and Quality teams as needed. Qualifications Required: University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years experience. Experience in analytical, problem‑solving, modeling, and executive communication. Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued secret security clearance. Preferred: higher education in Finance, business, or related fields; negotiations or strategic deal experience; proven ability to build consensus through influential communication.
