Registered Nurse (RN) - ER Holding

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in Emergency Room (ER) settings, with a strong preference for those who have worked in ER Holding and Medical/Surgical Telemetry units.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of various age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
• Preferred experience in ER Holding and MS/Tele units.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.

Parking Information

• CXS Permit: Similar to WB, also requiring annual payment.
• WMC Permit: Offers 24/7 access with a monthly payment option.
