Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-utilizing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all procedures in detail, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a similar allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with the organization.
