As a Nurse at Legacy Living Defiance, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents by setting up, administering, and accurately recording prescribed medications. You will coordinate both patient care and non-patient care activities by developing and distributing clear nursing assignments for each unit employee, ensuring that the unique needs of residents align with the skills of our dedicated staff. Your responsibilities will include verifying physician orders against medication forms, maintaining the cleanliness and proper storage of medications, and upholding a tidy working environment.
