Evanston, IL Area | 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Evanston, Illinois area that will work for the upcoming school year. We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a supportive educational team for the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

Position Details

Location: Evanston, IL area
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week
Assignment Dates: 2026 - 2027 School Year
Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th Grade

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide behavioral consultation and support for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
Support staff through coaching and training on positive behavior supports and best practices.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Active Illinois ABA License required.
