As a Quality Assurance Architect within PNC's AMG QE organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH or Dallas, TX. • Designs and drives enterprise-wide test automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to improve software quality, speed, and reliability. • Leads adoption of automation, AI-driven testing, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering best practices across teams. • Builds reusable automation platforms, tools, and utilities while mentoring engineers and architects on modern testing approaches. • Partners with engineering, product, and leadership teams to enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality software delivery. Job Description Responsible for development and support of processes, practices and tools necessary to produce quality products/services and to manage risk. Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases for software quality assurance program. Selects and implements formal QA methodologies. Architects and implements agile testing practices and tools. Evaluates, recommends and implements enterprise-wide defect-tracking software. Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Conducts audits and reviews. Supports Quality Assurance specialists on programs or projects. Conducts program reviews and complex process audits. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
