Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to define architectural direction andexecution strategies for PolicyCenter
- implementationsand upgrades.
- Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, conductingcode reviews and ensuring best
- practices.
- Translatecomplex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and testableGuidewire-based solutions.
- Engagewith business stakeholders to propose implementation strategies.
- Designand develop end-to-end PolicyCenter solutions using Gosu programming,plugins, and integration frameworks.
- Implementnew policy products, configure workflows, and develop rating logic.
- Performhands-on integration development using SOAP/REST, messaging, and systemconnectors.
- Supportproduct upgrades and cloud transition.
- Decomposetasks and manage progress using agile methodologies.
- Collaboratewith QA to ensure robust testing.
- SupportCI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot across environments.
- Bachelor'sdegree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experiencein Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Hands-onGosu scripting and integration expertise.
- Specificexperience with PolicyCenter (not just Billing or ClaimCenter).
- Experiencewith Guidewire upgrades (v9 to v10).
- Clouddeployment experience (AWS, Azure) preferred.
