Community Outreach Specialist (Independent Contractor)

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and compassionate Community Outreach Specialist to connect with homeowners throughout the Treasure Valley who may be experiencing difficult life circumstances.

Our mission is to help homeowners understand their options before they lose their equity, their home, or their peace of mind. We work with homeowners facing situations such as pre-foreclosure, probate, inherited property, divorce, financial hardship, relocation, and other challenging circumstances.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your role is to build trust, have meaningful conversations with homeowners, identify those who may benefit from speaking with our team, and schedule qualified follow-up appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neighborhood outreach in targeted areas
• Build rapport with homeowners through genuine conversation
• Identify homeowners who may benefit from alternative property solutions
• Schedule qualified follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate notes on conversations and opportunities
• Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and compassion

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, appointment setting, or direct sales experience
• Customer service or hospitality experience

Compensation

We offer a paid evaluation period followed by a performance-based compensation program designed to reward consistency, initiative, and results.

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to choose from multiple long-term compensation options with significant earning potential.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
