A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Travel Safety Manager to oversee and enforce safety procedures on an active construction project in Haskell, Texas. This position is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable traveling, working long hours, and maintaining a strong safety culture in the field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards on-site
• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Ensure employees and subcontractors follow all PPE and site safety requirements
• Assist with safety training and onboarding for new workers
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately
• Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to maintain a safe jobsite

Qualifications

• Previous construction safety management experience required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
• OSHA 30 required; additional certifications are a plus
• Ability to travel and stay on-site during project duration
• Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish/English)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in industrial or commercial construction environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$35 hourly depending on experience
