Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Wichita, Kansas. Requirements 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil/commercial litigation or healthcare negligence defense. Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience in all litigation stages or a strong motivation to learn. Proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. Admitted to practice in Kansas and eligible for admission in Missouri. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Kansas. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
