Our clients are looking for editors who understand that every cut, hook, subtitle, sound effect, and visual should help increase watch time, engagement, and conversions. What You\'ll Be Working On Depending on the client, you may: Edit high-converting UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms. Produce VSLs, product demos, founder videos, testimonial ads, and direct response creatives. Create multiple ad variations for creative testing. Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds. Use pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and visual effects to maximize viewer retention. Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form ads. Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Founders. Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback. Stay up to date with emerging editing styles, platform trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
