About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for New Business Evaluation and Integration. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Treasury and Finance teams, responsible for the evaluation and integration of new business reinsurance and company acquisition transactions. This role involves acting as the Treasury representative on the new business due diligence team, monitoring the deal pipeline, and evaluating transactions for various treasury touch points. The AVP will also be involved in drafting internal memos and presentations, supporting the integration of new blocks or companies, and assisting in the execution of treasury transactions. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least 7 years' experience in insurance, accounting, corporate finance, investments, or a related area. Leadership experience is required, and a CFA, CTP, CPA, or similar designation is desirable. Direct experience in reinsurance transactions, capital markets, and treasury management systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. They should be highly motivated, results-oriented, and have a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves maintaining and standardizing treasury-related documentation and supporting third-party capital initiatives.
