Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJoin a semiconductor manufacturing team supporting critical facility systems that keep wafer fab operations running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, DI water, exhaust, blower, electrical, and utility systems supporting the fab environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair HVAC, DI water, exhaust, blower, scrubber, and utility systems.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, wiring, and controls.Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system reliability and uptime.Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Support facility operations in cleanroom and utility areas.Document maintenance activities and follow all safety procedures.Required Qualifications3-5 years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience.Must have wafer fab/semiconductor manufacturing experience.Must have cleanroom experience.Experience with DI water systems, HVAC equipment, and facility utility systems.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Comfortable working in confined spaces, elevated platforms, and utility areas.ScheduleMonday-Friday8:00 AM-5:00 PMWhy Join UsStable day-shift scheduleCompetitive pay with performance reviewsAnnual merit increasesComprehensive benefits and 401(k) matchPaid year-end shutdown and PTOJob Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Tracy, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
