Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a healthcare organization dedicated to community support and service, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Outreach Department supporting community engagement and enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Oakland, CA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST

What's the Job?

• Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services to beneficiaries through group and individual presentations.
• Present Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assist them in navigating their healthcare plans.
• Support beneficiaries in the enrollment and disenrollment processes efficiently and accurately.
• Assist team members with daily management duties and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Participate in community events and health fairs to promote programs and engage with diverse populations.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid CA driver's license and evidence of insurance, with the ability to travel throughout the county as needed.
