A growing healthcare organization located where the scenic Adirondacks meet the St. Lawrence River is seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board Certified Dermatologist to join their dedicated provider team.

Position Overview:

• Candidate Profile:
  • Ideal applicants will be Board Eligible within five years of residency completion or Board Certified in Dermatology.
• Scope of Practice:
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatologic conditions, performing skin screenings and evaluations, and reviewing patients' medical histories to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Electronic Medical Record System:
  • Utilizes Epic for documentation and patient care management.

Practice Location:

• The position is based in a modern outpatient dermatology clinic operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $491,000 to $678,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Signing Bonus: $25,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000.
• Licensing and Dues Reimbursement: $2,000 annually.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): $4,000 per year.
• Paid Time Off: 240 hours annually.
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided with a claims-made policy offering $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate coverage, including tail coverage.
• Additional Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.

Compensation Summary:


The listed salary range represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay potential for a full-time physician and may be adjusted based on factors such as experience, specialty, location, and contractual agreements. Additional compensation components such as productivity bonuses or value-based incentives may also apply.
