This role involves caring for a diverse patient population in both inpatient and observation classes. Registered Nurses in this role will advance their skills and knowledge in emergency care. The department is known for handling high acuity and high volume situations. Nurses must be renowned for thinking and acting quickly to meet the varying needs of patients. Flexibility and resilience are crucial, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
