This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex HR challenges, ensuring compliance across multiple states, and partnering with leaders to support a rapidly growing organization. This role will not be involved in any of the recruiting of staff members. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day Human Resources operations across a multi-state workforce. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employment law compliance, policies, and HR best practices. Manage all Workers' Compensation/L&I claims, return-to-work programs, and coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators. Administer and oversee FMLA, state Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML), ADA accommodations, and other protected leaves , ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
