Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level real estate associate to join its team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financing, due diligence, and leasing. Experience with agribusiness is a plus. Duties Advise clients on real estate purchases, sales, and financing. Conduct real estate due diligence and manage leasing transactions. Collaborate with experienced lawyers and participate in client meetings. Assume increasing levels of responsibility in client interactions. Requirements Three to six years of relevant real estate experience. Experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the state bar required. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
