Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Berlin, Vermont. Candidates will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy services in an ICU and Emergency Department setting, supporting all age groups including neonates and pediatrics. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Education: RRT credential. Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience required; neonate and pediatric - NICU/PICU experience preferred but not necessarily in a dedicated NICU/PICU. All specialties must be well documented on each individual employment entry. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Location: Berlin, Vermont.
• Additional Information:
  • RRT scope of practice in ICU/ED settings supporting all age groups, including neonates and pediatrics.
  • Schedule adjustments may be needed to meet the needs of the unit and patient care, including every other weekend.
  • No block schedules are available.
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
  • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
  • Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is required for submission.
  • Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended.
  • Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April.
  • Holidays are as needed.
