Make-Ready Technician II — Multifamily Maintenance

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain the physical condition of our apartment communities in Denver. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspect vacated units, and complete repairs to restore units to market readiness. The role emphasizes safety, timely responses to resident requests, and adherence to Fair Housing laws. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in maintenance, HVAC/CPO certifications preferred, and a strong customer-service #J-18808-Ljbffr Mill Creek Residential
