Printer Operator

Responsibilities: Operate digital printing, finishing, laminating, coating, and cutting equipment to produce high-quality printed materials and graphics. Monitor production schedules, manage multiple print jobs simultaneously, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and assist with minor repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain adequate inventory levels of production materials, including paper, ink, toner, labels, and other consumables. Verify production documentation, maintain quality standards, and support workplace safety initiatives throughout the manufacturing process. Assist with inventory management activities and collaborate with team members across departments to support efficient workflow and project completion. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; additional education in printing, graphic arts, design, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in digital printing, signage production, graphics manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred. Ability to operate production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow quality control procedures. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with print workflow software, color management concepts, or RIP software is a plus.
