Logistics Coordinator I
El Paso, TX (Local Candidates Only)
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Must currently be authorized to work in the US
What you'll do:
- Handle phone calls and emails related to shipments and logistics
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Schedule carrier pickups and follow up on deliveries
- Communicate with customers, brokers, suppliers, and inventory carriers
- Maintain accurate records, shipping documents, and inventory counts
- Update shipment statuses, ETA's, and logistics data
- Scan and organize documents electronically
- Assist with domestic, export, and raw material logistics
- Help resolve shipping delays and transportation issues
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of logistics or shipping experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail -oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. when needed
