Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a 13-week travel contract in Warren, Minnesota. Provides nursing care during evening and night shifts in a long-term care facility, supporting residents' health and well-being. Works with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents during evening and night shifts.
- Administer medication, wound care, and conduct routine health assessments.
- Monitor residents' health status, report changes, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- CPR certification.
- Mandated Reporter Training (if applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care settings.
- Ability to work evenings or nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical endurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- First Aid certification (preferred)
