Admissions Representative (Kissimmee, FL Campus) The Admissions Representative is responsible for all recruiting functions and for promoting Northbridge University as a school of choice to interested candidates. The Representative generates prospective inquiries by attending various events and ensuring candidates are properly informed about courses and choices. Work Location: Kissimmee Campus – This position is 100% onsite. Work‑from‑home is not available for this position. Hourly Pay: $21.61 Qualifications Available to start on Monday, June 15th, 2026. A completed Associate's degree or higher is required. Bilingual in Spanish and English (written, read, and verbal). Must be able to thrive as a team player in a fast‑paced, high‑energy call center environment. Experience working in a metrics‑driven or customer service environment. All degrees must be from institutions accredited by regional or national accrediting bodies approved by the U.S. Department of Education. Foreign transcripts may be acceptable in some cases and require a translation and evaluation of equivalency to U.S. degrees by a recognized agency. Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and Saturdays), in order to meet business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending Northbridge University. Use the phone to contact prospective students, including voicemail, text, and email. Use multiple technologies to communicate with prospective students. Determine if the prospective student has the desire and qualifications to attend Northbridge University. Meet or exceed the company’s conversion standards for admissions. Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources. Communicate all details related to the particular program of interest to prospective students. Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated. Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into Northbridge University. Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process. Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diplomas and GED transcripts.
