Process and Training Coordinator (Full Time) Company: SEHMA Job Title: Process and Training Coordinator Department: Process and Training Reports to: Process and Training Manager Salary: $17 - $18 per hour Responsibilities Process Review and Standardization Collaborate with various departments to analyze existing processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and standardization of processes. Develop and implement standardized procedures and documentation. Proactively seek opportunities to optimize operational efficiency. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as necessary. Training Development and Delivery Understand operational processes thoroughly to design comprehensive training programs. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and guides. Conduct training sessions for new employees and refresher sessions for existing staff. Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments to improve outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with department heads and team leaders to ensure alignment on process improvements and training needs. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between departments to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Documentation Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of standardized processes. Ensure accessibility of documentation to relevant involved parties. Establish version control and review processes for documentation updates. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure that all processes and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
