Position Summary

The Project Manager serves as a primary point of contact between Gorilla Circuits and our customers. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day customer communications, coordinating order requirements, monitoring production schedules, proactively identifying potential issues, and partnering with internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, managing multiple priorities, resolving time-sensitive issues, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and provide timely, professional, and responsive support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-through.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, schedules, delivery dates, product status, and other account-related matters.
• Proactively monitor customer orders and identify potential scheduling, production, quality, or delivery concerns before they impact the customer.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Planning, and Operations to obtain production and scheduling updates and communicate accurate information to customers.
• Coordinate with customers and the Quality Department to address quality concerns, corrective actions, returns, and other product-related issues.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and job information within company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review customer requirements and communicate special instructions or changes to appropriate internal departments.
• Work with Finance and Accounting to assist with customer credit, payment, and account-related issues.
• Support the Sales team with customer follow-up, account management, and identification of potential business opportunities.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, commitments, order changes, and follow-up activities.
• Escalate critical customer, delivery, production, or quality issues to appropriate management when necessary.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure customer commitments are understood and appropriately managed.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant customer service, inside sales, account management, or manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience within the PCB, electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, or other technical manufacturing environment is a plus.

  Work Environment

This position operates within a fast-paced PCB manufacturing organization where customer requirements, production schedules, and priorities may change quickly. The successful candidate must be comfortable working cross-functionally and responding to time-sensitive customer and operational needs.
