Responsibilities Assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services. Drive sales and customer satisfaction. Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing. Balance customer experience with performance goals. Work guaranteed full‑time hours with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Qualifications Customer‑advocate mindset with passion to assist and educate. Strong communication skills. Excitement for the wireless customer service industry. At least 18 years old and high school diploma. Ambitious, self‑driven, motivated by retail sales goals.
