Job Description: Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Reviews patient images and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters relevant patient and imaging data into EHR and related systems.

Cancellation Policy: *See Full Cancellation Policy in Document Tab* Before Start Date. In the event Hospital desires to cancel Placement's assignment, without cause, prior to the Placement's assignment start date, Hospital will make a good faith effort to provide Agency with advanced written notice of such cancellation. After Start Date. In the event Hospital desires to cancel the assignment of any Placement, without cause, who has already started providing Services to Hospital, Hospital will provide Agency with fourteen (14) days' prior written notice in accordance with Section 3.5 of this Agreement. Hospital fails to provide at least (14) days' prior written notice to Agency, Hospital will compensate Agency an amount equal to the number of hours Placement was scheduled to work during that (14) day period, less the hours Placement actually worked during such (14) day period, multiplied by the Agency's hourly bill rate for such Placement.
