Commercial Litigation Associate (Construction) $150,000 – $185,000 (Based on relevant experience) New Jersey, NJ Our client, a highly respected AMLAW regional law firm with a head count in the 201-500 attorney range, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their premier Commercial Litigation practice group. This position is heavily concentrated in construction litigation and offers an excellent opportunity to manage sophisticated matters with a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, with a primary focus on construction disputes. Conduct extensive legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs and legal memoranda. Appear in court, handle depositions, and represent clients effectively in oral arguments and mediation. Work collaboratively with partners, junior associates, and litigation support staff while independently driving case strategy forward. Requirements 4–8 years of dedicated commercial litigation experience, with a proven track record in construction litigation. Active admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Additional admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is highly preferred. Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
