Front Desk Associate
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for eyelash extensions with 130+ locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of lash and brow services including extensions, lifts, tints, threading, brow laminations, permanent makeup and now the newest technology in the industry, LED-cured lashes! When our guests visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident. We are a community built on love, loyalty and confidence.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on the customer experience, membership and package sales, retail education and sales, and scheduling. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent guest experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Nurture guest inquiries and get them scheduled
- Increase membership and retail sales
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting, spa-like environment
Required Skills:
- 1+ years customer service or sales experience
- Management experience is a huge plus, as there is room for growth
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
- Exhibits sound judgment and a strong work ethic
- Forms positive working relationships with team
- Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
