Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to own the user experience across our digital touchpoints. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional real estate transactions and modern digital property platforms. You will take complex, real-time local housing market analytics, property management databases, and transactional workflow logs and turn them into simple, intuitive web and mobile dashboards for home buyers, sellers, property managers, and real estate agents.

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Design Client & Agent Dashboards**: Build highly functional web and mobile interfaces for real-time housing inventory tracking, property listing portals, and internal CRM systems.
* **Map Transactional User Journeys**: Outline end-to-end user experiences for clients navigating the buying, selling, or leasing process, as well as on-the-go mobile workflows for agents working directly in the field.
* **Develop Clickable Prototypes**: Build interactive prototypes and wireframes in Figma to rapidly test and validate new software feature directions.
* **Establish a Unified Design System**: Collaborate with web developers and real estate operations teams to create and maintain a consistent digital brand presence across all company sub-platforms.

**What We Are Looking For:**

* **Experience**: 2+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience (or a standout portfolio showing complex dashboard or data-dense design).
* **Tooling Mastery**: Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern interactive prototyping tools.
* **Standout Portfolio**: A collection of work showcasing clear case studies, structured user research, wireframes, and polished final UI mockups.
* **Domain Interest**: A strong interest or background in PropTech (Property Technology), FinTech, real estate CRM systems, or high-volume data visualization.
