Our specific areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration.We are seeking an experienced Application and Automation Developer at the Manager level to serve as a hands-on Development Lead for a federal client. This individual will direct technical delivery while developing and maintaining workflow applications, web tools, integrations, scripts, and approved artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The Development Lead will translate business requirements into maintainable solutions and provide reusable components and engineering support for portfolio tools.The successful candidate will provide technical direction, review code, mentor developers, manage engineering assignments, and coordinate production releases and operational support. Responsibilities include overseeing version control, testing, release readiness, and documentation; coordinating incident resolution and configuration and change control; and managing operational handoffs with support staff, client IT, and other contractors.U.S. citizenship is required. An active clearance is not required at the time of application; however, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. TS/SCI eligibility or an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
