Physical Therapist (PT)The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care for an assigned patient population. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services in coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
