Director Surgical Services

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and coordination of surgical services, supporting safe, efficient patient care, and helping drive continuous improvement across the surgical area.
The Director of Surgical Services will typically manage clinical and operational workflows, support surgical team collaboration, and ensure appropriate standards of care and service delivery.
The role may also include overseeing departmental staffing and scheduling to meet patient needs, monitoring performance and outcomes, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to improve processes and patient experience.
