Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Manager with Mark Hutchens State Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $77,500.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 Years of Experience in a State Farm Agents Office
• Property/Casualty License
• Life/Health License

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with some experience in a managerial role.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Proactive in problem solving
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
