Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient) position is available in Danbury, Connecticut. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluations, treatment planning, and patient education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

- Required Qualifications: Connecticut Physical Therapy License, Basic Life Support (BLS), outpatient experience, no weekend, floating, or on-call requirements, and 0 years of experience
- Schedule: Variable shifts (can be flexible) 5x8s or 4x10s. Department hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a requirement to stay until 7:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday.
- Additional Information: Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation utilizing department clinical guidelines & protocols. Participates in team conferences and rounds for care coordination. Provides patient and family education and training.
