Position Overview As our Tier 1 Registered Dental Assistant, you’ll be the right‑hand hero to our dentists and hygienists—keeping things running smoothly, on time, and stress‑free. From setting the stage in the treatment room to capturing perfect X‑rays, you’re the glue that holds our patient experience together. What You’ll Do Set the Stage – Stock, sterilize, and prep treatment rooms so every appointment starts on time and ready to roll. Be the Patient’s Hype Squad – Welcome, seat, and keep patients comfy from the second they walk in. X‑ray Extraordinaire – Take crisp, clear, perfectly labeled radiographs—no retakes, no delays. Treatment Sidekick – Assist with procedures, polish smiles, and help educate patients on their care. Stay on Top of the Paperwork – Make sure consent forms are signed, charts are accurate, and patient records are fully up to date. Pitch In Everywhere – Assist with office cleaning, instrument care, and infection control to keep the practice safe and welcoming. Position Requirements License in Hand – Current Registered Dental Assistant license (state requirements met, of course). School’s Out, Skills Are In – Associate’s or equivalent in Dental Assisting; extra certifications = bonus points. Tech‑Savvy Tooth Pro – Confident with dental software, digital X‑rays, and keeping spotless records. People Person – Friendly, empathetic, and able to keep patients relaxed no matter what’s on the schedule.
