In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing the full scope of a client's damages — from medical records and billing statements to wage loss documentation and pain & suffering statements — ensuring our attorneys have everything they need to fight for maximum recovery on behalf of clients.This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role that sits at the intersection of legal work, medical documentation, and client advocacy. You'll work closely with providers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to track down critical records, manage health insurance subrogation and lien information, and ensure every document is accurately captured, properly named, and ready for demand.If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing detail-oriented work that directly impacts client outcomes, we'd love to have you on the team
