We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Medication Technician to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hillsboro Texas. If you take pride in providing excellent resident care, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a supportive healthcare team, we would love to hear from you! Position Responsibilities Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Complete accurate medication and clinical documentation Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, residents, and families Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Qualifications Current CMA / Medication Aide Certification recognized in the State of Texas Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred Strong attention to detail and medication-safety practices Dependable, professional, and compassionate Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Must meet all applicable Texas licensing and facility requirements What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time and/or part-time opportunities Supportive work environment Comprehensive benefits for eligible employees A rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents Location: 300 Happy Ln, Hillsboro, TX 76645, USA, Hillsboro, Texas #J-18808-Ljbffr
