Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for members to take home. You will juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good and great shopping experience. Responsibilities Candidate will: Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and quality standards. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness. Ensure high-quality products in the prepared foods area. Maintain shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food. Serve ready‑to‑eat food to members. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, including claims, returns, zoning, organization, and identifying shrink or damage. Keep the prepared food area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share knowledge and support other associates. Plan production and manage seasonal demands while adhering to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory requirements. Use digital tools for production decisions and quality control. Drive area performance, manage stock and rotation, eliminate waste, and ensure quality and date control. Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, and demonstrate energy and commitment. Qualifications Minimum: Must be 18 years of age or older. Complete all required job training and assessments within the prescribed time. Preferred: Food Service / Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
